3. The fantastic service always provided by Kent has made 4 moves in as many years almost a pleasure.
   Just to have Philipa in sales at the end of the phone to arrange the move and anything associated with it removes any extra stress. Change moving day ? no problem – Exactly what you need when trying to move a household.
   The boys who execute the move are always courteous , and SO hard working. Nothing is too much trouble for them, At the end of a long day they cheerfully put your furniture exactly where you want it – and it’s not a problem if you want a sofa moved two inches to the left.
   We always tell anyone who is moving to use Kents. You could not receive better service.
   Until we move again ……..

5. This is the second time I have used Kent to move my possessions and once again I have nothing but praise for the professionalism shown by all the staff at Kent. The recent move was very difficult at times due issues with settlement and the staff at Kent did everything possible to help me feel at ease during this process. Cannot thank them enough for all their help.

The Service and communication from Erin was a stand out, one member in the pick up team in NZ had the wrong attitude to be in the removal game, Once again in Brisbane once the air cleared with the delivery operator things went well. Kent were much more expensive than other suppliers so i was expecting as good as quality as Erin through the supply chain that didnt happen, seems the delivery contractors need training in customer service to complete the promise
