Yes, however, it is dependent upon the position in question, and the requirements around the role. As advocates for a work-life balance and remote working, we are one of the first major companies to adopt new technologies and put systems in place for employees to comfortably work from home if it suits both the role, and their personal situation. Kent Relocation Group abides by the fair work requirements in Australia. Full-time and part-time workers are entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks of paid annual leave for every 12 months worked. Yes and no. For many roles at Kent Group, that is certainly a viable working option, and one you can discuss further with your manager. However, other positions may have different requirements that wouldn’t suit part-time hours. At the end of the day, we value employee well-being and satisfaction, and appreciate that sometimes personal life circumstances can influence work commitment, so there is always room to re-evaluate your contract – just keep the communication lines open.
