5. A highly complicated move. This would have been a significant challenge for any professional. Josh Walker and his crew from Kent were exceptional. They tackled all challenges head-on and with high spirits. With only very minor breakages (we had a lot of kit with odd shapes and sizes) we were most pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Kent, and would call them first if ever we moved again. Many thanks and congratulations on a job very well done lads.

6. My experience with Kent was excellent from start to finish. The crew who did the pick-up and drop off did so in fantastic form and I suspect one of them might have been fit enough to perform in some sort of olympic endurance event. I did have a minor issue regarding payment and this was resolved well in a very professional manner by Kent management. I can definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering their service.

7. The woman (Wendy) who handled all the phone queries, explanations and organisation was outstanding – sympathetic, knowledgeable, efficient. The 2 men who did some packing and uplift were excellent – very competent, reassuring, pleasant and hard-working. My son and daughter-in-law dealt with the overseas partner and were also pleased with them. The shipment was delivered safely to their door less than 10 weeks after uplift. All in all, a very positive experience.

8. The most important factor for me was to use great care with our valuable wooden furniture (to avoid scratches) and also to avoid scratching the walls of both uplift and delivery houses. Nothing was lost or damaged in the move and it was all done efficiently, with the furniture placed in the correct rooms at the delivery house. Thank you!

9. The Kent team were so experienced, helpful and friendly, at every stage I felt calm and reassured: I knew that everything would go well – and it did. They were efficient and reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Moving abroad has its stresses, but with Kent the relocation of your ‘stuff’ can certainly be knocked off the list of worries. Can’t thank you enough. (They’re even coming back to collect the excess boxes/packing paper – once everything has been unpacked – fabulous service!)
