3. I had completely forgotten the furniture in my cabin which had been included in the quote. Luckily I managed to get it into my car when I realised!
   Your young trio were fantastic. Quick, efficient, cheerful both to pick up and deliver. I took photos of them, not yet ready but happy to send through. We were surprised they were so young, expecting solidly built middle age men, but they did great and were fun to be around.

4. Whilst the estimator was pleasant enough I believe he needed to take more “ownership” of us to ensure things happened when they were supposed to. However, I needed to be proactive to ensure things did happen. Administration was also not so good as twice I had to speak to accounts to resolve issues that arose. Nevertheless, on uplift to store and on our removal day the crews were excellent. They were very pleasant to us, were happy in their work and their teamwork was very good to see.

5. Excellent service.

6. since arriving in Perth we have been kept up to date with the progress of out container by Lucy. She allowed us to collect some of our personal belongings prior to receiving delivery of the container. The delivery staff were polite, professional and very helpful.

7. All of the arrangements were made via telephone communication with Michelle Edri. Her estimate of how long the uplift and delivery would take was spot on. Michelle and the two removalists were both efficient and friendly.

8. Kent removals were fantastic. I was kept informed of the progress of my belongings at all stages. Once my shipment was quarantine and customs cleared I received a phone call and prompt delivery that was arranged to fit around my availability.
