Kent made what is ordinarily a very stressful and unpleasant experience of moving house, quite the opposite. The crew were absolutely brilliant – apart from doing such a great job in moving all of our precious belongings, making sure that they took extreme care, they were a really happy and positive bunch to be around which made the long day very pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kent to anyone who is moving house.
It was also great that the guys had such a care factor. A few knocks occurred on walls during the move, which of course is unavoidable. They were ready to suggest that we should contact Kent to ask for your person to come out to do some repairs.
All round it was a really positive and unstressful experience.

the removalists were awesome, fast, polite and eager to make sure everything was placed where i wanted it. the packing was very quick however seemed haphazard. alot of food items eg flour, spices etc were put in upside down and resulted in a big mess of the food boxes. however everything arrived in one piece so in the scheme of things not too bad. we have done packing before through grace, and in this aspect they are far superior. much neater.

Both the operational crew perhaps could spare a minute or two to check with the preferred packing arrangement(oversea) n placement of beds/drawers(local crew). Generally they are fast n good maybe too fast. Main issue is fumigation stickers (oversea) extremely difficult to remove-any solution? it ll be better to stick them on the lower side/bottom hence less visible marks after removal which maybe harsh.
