2. I cannot recommend Kent enough. The service from the first interaction, quotation, pick up confirmation, dealing with difficult pick up location, international shipping advice, and local delivery were all excellent. Absolutely beyond expectations with quick response times and fantastic communication through the whole process. I was expecting a nightmare and it was so well managed, an utter relief to deal with such professionals. I was impressed by the level of responsibility that each person along the way took with their stage of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Kent or use them again.

3. Due to an unexpected family illness, when the removal crew – Stephen Barber and Daniel Wilson – arrived at our destination, they we very understanding about having to wait longer than anticipated. Fabulous service – thanks guys – you still got the job done on time!

6. We have used you guys twice now and have found the service excellent in both cases. We recommend you to friends and colleagues. The estimators have been efficient and thorough and spot on in their estimations, office staff friendly and efficient and the crews have been careful, professional, thoughtful and just awe inspiring in their ability to be cheerful while lugging all that stuff. We hope everyone is paid well, they deserve it.

10. I thought the deliver crew were to re assemble beds which they did not do so we were putting beds together at midnight was not impressed Also some damage to furniture but I’m told that will be fixed no problem so we will wait and see what happens
