1. The pick up time was 0700 and they were nearly one hour late and Kent has no after hours number to ring This needs to be corrected as we were left waiting and not knowing who and when the pick up was coming. Once they arrived all was fine.

3. The service was quite good. I was using this small job as a test for when we have our major move/s in the near future. I’m happy to say we will be using Kent. I used Grace Bros last time and I’m sure that I’ll never use them again due to broken promises, and poor service with our washing machine.

5. Amy the receptionist was always great to deal with. A lovely manner knows her job well, no question too big or small.
   All of the crew members that attended over the course of the move were great. Polite, helpful. There were no breakages !

6. Was so happy with the service we received from Kent for our move from Brisbane to Townsville. Right from our initial contact for a quote, speaking with administration staff, the uplift and delivery crews were fantastic – totally professional and would recommend Kent to anyone looking to move.

7. Our coffee machine was packed full of water. If I had been packing myself I’m sure I would have realised it needed to be emptied. There was some leakage, there were pictures in the same box but luckily there was no damage. A special poster was damaged as it was shoved in the box. Sentimental value only. Concerned about the excessive use of butchers paper and the environment. Unbreakables such as plastic kitchen wear and metal bakeware do not need to be individually wrapped in two sheets of paper. Excessive wrapping meant that it took me from 7 am to 4 pm just to unpack my kitchen. However, I do appreciate the careful wrapping of my treasures and fragile China. I still have 6 boxes of fragile items to unpack. I have recycled all the butchers paper so far. Also I wasn’t told by your office that I could have opted for recycled boxes at a reduced price. Overall I was very happy with the way the move went.

8. Brilliant service. Moved from Queensland to Isle of Wight in UK – including car and pets. Was kept informed of the status of my cargo at all times. Highly recommend for international relocation
