1. The team at the head office who organised the move and quote were terrific, especially Chris Helene. The fantastic 3 young men who moved me on the day were prompt, efficient and nothing was a problem. They were courteous and lovely to deal with. I have moved a few times with Kent and will continue to do so in the future. Thankyou all.

2. I would like to firstly thank Chris for his exceptional personal attention to detail and the quick response time to our needs. His courteous manner and concern for our personal needs was greatly appreciated and outstanding.
   As for the young men that were responsible for the move being Ryan and Kirt they were well mannered, understanding and very careful both in loading and removal of our valuables. They were efficient, well mannered and polite.
   I would recommend all 3 of these staff and Kent removals at anyone.
   I sincerely hope that you will pass these comments and thanks to all of them.
   I would also like to think that the management concerned in their respective departments would show some reward to them in return for an excellent performance.

4. My furniture arrived this morning at the time i was told it would. The uplift guys were exceptional in their work ethic and how they loaded and protected the furniture. The delivery went smoothly without any damage that I’m aware of. Taking this into consideration and knowing how poor Watkins removals were, you and Kent removals have turned this around considerably. The total cost, promises kept, overall presentation and professional attitude now make Kent removals the best in the business in furniture removals out of Tasmania. The rest are really playing catch up now. Congratulations and thank you all.

6. I cannot recommend Kent enough. The service from the first interaction, quotation, pick up confirmation, dealing with difficult pick up location, international shipping advice, and local delivery were all excellent. Absolutely beyond expectations with quick response times and fantastic communication through the whole process. I was expecting a nightmare and it was so well managed, an utter relief to deal with such professionals. I was impressed by the level of responsibility that each person along the way took with their stage of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Kent or use them again.

7. Due to an unexpected family illness, when the removal crew – Stephen Barber and Daniel Wilson – arrived at our destination, they we very understanding about having to wait longer than anticipated. Fabulous service – thanks guys – you still got the job done on time!

10. We have used you guys twice now and have found the service excellent in both cases. We recommend you to friends and colleagues. The estimators have been efficient and thorough and spot on in their estimations, office staff friendly and efficient and the crews have been careful, professional, thoughtful and just awe inspiring in their ability to be cheerful while lugging all that stuff. We hope everyone is paid well, they deserve it.
