1. Excellent service! We moved from a 3 bed single storey in Queensland to a 3 bed double storey in Tasmania. Their prompt service, especially for such a long distance move was excellent from the estimator through to the office team and both crews. They were all professional lovely people who helped to make our move smooth and stress free. Thank you to everyone

2. Great service and communication throughout our move. The guys who moved our belongings door to door (packed and unpacked) were professional and friendly. They took great care of our belongings. Will definitely use again and reccomend Kent’s services A+ from us.

3. We don’t always get what the advert says, however, with KENT REMOVALS they gave more than what they promised. Their response to my questions was prompt and very polite and when they said they would be there at a time, they were always on time. The ladies they suggested to pack and unpack my treasures were outstanding in their friendly interaction and packing (I had 50 boxes of momentos that were very fragile and not a single item was damaged or broken) The guys in Brisbane and Hobart that loaded and unloaded my items were friendly and extremely careful when carrying the boxes but the thing that impressed me was the care they too to ensure that no damage was caused to the walls and doors of the house I was leaving or the one I was moving into.
   The administration staff at both ends of my journey were particularly pleasant and knew exactly what their company could do to assist and make the move work best for me. Thank you KENT REMOVALS, I WOULD USE AGAIN WITHOUT EVEN GETTING A QUOTE FROM ANYONE ELSE

5. Kent Removals were highly recommended to us and we were so pleased with our result we would highly recommend them also. From the initial assessment of the job we noticed the staff were happy to recognise and meet our needs. We moved a whole household from Melbourne to Brisbane. It went smoothly and I was very happy with the professional way all the staff went about their work and I noticed teamwork was natural to them. They found ways to handle all the issues that arose without any drama. I sensed excellent training among the staff. Another observation was that the staff all worked a bit too hard, actually pushing themselves to get through the work in the quickest time.

6. My Mum and I were very happy with the professional removal services Launceston crew provided. Our freight was packed and secured with a care and we were updated with the ETD to Canberra in a timely manner.

   Particularly we’d like to thank you Matthew Honner (Launceston), Frankie Bruno (Melbourne) and Sharon Robertson (Melbourne) for keeping us up to date with our interstate move proceedings.

   Our furniture arrived to Canberra in a perfect condition. We’d like to thank helpful and professional crew: Tom, Alex and Evan who with a smile and can do attitude delivered the freight to our new home.

   We highly recommend Kent services and if needed will use them again in the future.

9. My ex-partner found this company when we moved from Sydney to the UK. All went smoothly for Sydney to the UK. So when I returned to Sydney, he suggested I use them again.

   I found the UK office really friendly and helpful. The quote was less than for other companies and they were upfront about what not to take back to Australia (e.g. gardening items will be problematic), how to complete the forms, which boxes to use, the most appropriate insurance level, expected customs & quarantine costs, which boxes need crate packing etc. They also confirmed the arrival date in Sydney.

   As for the time in Sydney, it took a while to get everything through customs & quarantine (just under 6 weeks) but the cost was as the UK said it would be and nothing was broken. (Packing hint: use a yoga mat to line the crockery boxes.).

   I found everyone to be friendly. Recommended.

10. Ali and Bryce and the team just finished the move out of our apartment. The guys were excellent, and I only have positive things to say! There were polite, careful and super helpful.
