1. This was the easiest interstate move ever. Good communication from initial contact to final contact with office for pick up of used cartons. Each of the 3 teams were very professional, respectful and polite. Would highly recommend Kent. Thank you

2. The crew that moved us from old address to new were the most helpful and happy crew, extremely obligingly, well mannered and patient that I have ever seen and I have seen a few. Also Amanda at the Hobart office was extremely helpful and attended to our reqeuests exceptionally well.

4. Roy and his team (Mitch, Axel and Ayan) are absolutely professional!! These guys are the ROCKSTARS of relocation services!

   My family and I have moved around a fair bit – South Africa, New Zealand, Middle East, Australia and we have used various top brand international moving companies. We have had the best service and moving experience with Kent Removals. They are second to none. Moving house is “hell week” and yet I actually enjoyed moving day with these guys. It was a fun experience. It was a pleasure. They have high spirits, high energy, great sense of humour and provide outstanding service. They respect you and communicate well from start to finish and follow your preferences – they don’t just do whatever is easy or convenient and dump things anywhere. They have all the right gear and tools and keep everything clean and tidy. They have a very strong team dynamic and this results in outstanding overall performance.
   We are truly grateful for their hard work and service and strongly recommend Kent and this team to anyone. Now I know who to use next time! Thanks a million!!

5. Misha, who packed my kitchen, was excellent and a lovely person. Roy and his team did a fantastic job moving our stuff. It is currently in storage and I am sure they will be just as good when delivering. We have used Kent a few times. They really are professional.

6. We moved our 2 bedroom apartment into long-term storage in preparation for moving overseas.

   Kent’s online tools helped us get rough cost estimates before getting in contact. After shopping around, they seemed to have the best prices for long-term storage, so we asked for a proper quote. Everyone we dealt with from the office was very helpful and professional – they explained the process well and answered all our stupid questions.

   The guys who came on the day were also great – very friendly and efficient. Because they worked so quickly, our final charge was kept pretty low.

   Highly recommended.

7. As a Defence family, Kent has always been one of our preferred removalists.
   Whilst co-ordinating my daughter’s removal from the family home in WA to Vic, I had the privilege of dealing with Toni McCartan from the Perth office.
   Although Customer Service Co-ordinator, she spent much of her lunch time listening to my tales of why the removal was happening and other (not her problem) issues.
   She was always the utmost professional and listened to all my needs. Toni has managed to safely navigate me through transport and insurance requirements, to the point I feel very secure in my decision to use Kent.
   I can’t thank her enough for her patience and understanding (it’s tricky saying bye to your youngest …even if she is 23). Toni is certainly an asset to Kent.
   Pick up was seamless, the crew of 2, John and Chas were polite, professional and had a great sense of humour. It was the most hassle free and fun removal I have ever had, being Defence I have had quite a few to compare it to.
   I spent many years as a Manager in Hospitality and may I say, you are very fortunate to have Toni, John and Chas as employees, they make a world of difference!!
   I will always recommend Kent and now can share both my personal and Defence experience.

8. On Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 May 2017, I had the pleasure of watching the boys from Kent Removals pack and uplift my elderly Father from Rothwell (Redcliffe) on his move to Alice Springs, where he has chosen to live now.

   The young packer was excellent, quick and very efficient, yet very careful with those delicate items.

   Then on the Thursday, the two lads turned up to load the big container with all my Dad’s furniture and possessions.

   Everything was very well documented both by numbers and the inventory, which was overseen by Nigel, the driver.

   He was very polite and patient with my old Dad and explained everything along the way.
   I have had many moves over the years with my job and this was by far, the most professional move I have yet seen.

   I would heartily recommend Kents to do your next move, from across the street to across the World!

9. Thanks Trent & Team for making our move happen. From the time you quoted to the trucks leaving was very professional.
   The Team of guys that moved us are an asset to the Kent business, nothing was too much trouble under the demanding workload they had all day. I was really impressed by the way they all hold Kent in high regard right to the point of refusing a cold beer to stay with the zero alcohol policy.
   Thanks Conan for keeping us updated when your schedule hadn’t gone to plan.

10. Stephen, Joanne and Luke from the Brisbane team are amazing! They are kind, patient, and considerate and made what could be a potentially stressful move ‘stress free’ and enjoyable – thank you. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. They kindly explained everything and were very patient. They are a credit to the company – well done Kent Brisbane.
