1. A very professional and friendly team from Newcastle. Nothing was any trouble – even our hugely heavy travertine table – and everything was handled carefully and thoughtfully. The move in and out was as painless as these things can be and, even though we decided to do our own packing and unpacking, the beds were assembled so we at least had somewhere to sleep! Reasonable cost too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

3. Thank you Kent. I have moved with you a number of times. I used a backload company moving from Canberra to Brisbane. Huge mistake on my behalf. They left a number of items behind. Once again Kent came to my rescue.
   Kent will never leave things behind. They will ALWAYS protect your furniture and damage is something I have never had with Kent.
   The backload company did not wrap my white lounge hence it is no longer white. They always ensure your precious paintings are protected not just thrown up the top. Lesson learnt. Kent staff are polite, experienced and your given reassurance that all will be ok.
   My family and I will only ever use Kent from now on.
   Josh from Canberra is a true professional as were the boys in Brisbane.

4. A five star service that met Kent’s stated vision of making my move stress free. I had multiple moves that were achieved seamlessly. This included a great packing service and valet unpacking – so important for someone with health issues. At all times I received excellent customer service and support. Thank you to everyone involved from Canberra all the way through to the Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

6. Kent made my move from Victoria to South Australia completely stress free. When they arrived on moving day the two young men literally “made my day” by quickly saying “don’t worry, we can take care of that for you.” They treated everything with respect and eased my mind immediately. They arrived on time and worked the entire day, barely taking rest breaks. On arrival in South Australia, they were punctual and also extremely professional. My only job was to direct them to where things were to go in the new house and mark off the boxes. I cannot fault Kent and their team. My sincere thanks go to all involved in my move for making it a stress free and pleasant experience. They have my highest recommendation.

Have been meaning to write a review since I moved interstate about 3 months ago – I just wanted to say thanks for a smooth and easy transition, the guys at both ends were great (and no complaints from the Sydney end when the found out the lift wasn’t working!) and all at a very competitive price! Couldn’t have been happier with everything 😉
