1. My ex-partner found this company when we moved from Sydney to the UK. All went smoothly for Sydney to the UK. So when I returned to Sydney, he suggested I use them again.

   I found the UK office really friendly and helpful. The quote was less than for other companies and they were upfront about what not to take back to Australia (e.g. gardening items will be problematic), how to complete the forms, which boxes to use, the most appropriate insurance level, expected customs & quarantine costs, which boxes need crate packing etc. They also confirmed the arrival date in Sydney.

   As for the time in Sydney, it took a while to get everything through customs & quarantine (just under 6 weeks) but the cost was as the UK said it would be and nothing was broken. (Packing hint: use a yoga mat to line the crockery boxes.).

   I found everyone to be friendly. Recommended.

2. Ali and Bryce and the team just finished the move out of our apartment. The guys were excellent, and I only have positive things to say! There were polite, careful and super helpful.

4. Me and my partner moved from Melbourne to Newcastle and chose Kent as our removalists. Mick and Austin, the two guys that came to our Melbourne home were awesome, they were very professional and caring. Could not thank them enough. Once in Newcastle, a whole team came to deliver our goods. Everything was in perfect condition and the guys were equally helpful. It was our first time moving and we were very concerned but thanks to Kent it was a true “stress-free” move. Thank you guys!!! We’ve been recommending you to everyone we meet. Thanks!!!

5. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service received. I found Lionel and Ben (the crew) to be very professional, but friendly, efficient and mindful of each other’s physical wellbeing while moving the heavier items. Everything was delivered in excellent condition.

Big thanks to Roy’s team – arrived on time – polite, friendly, professional, respectful and absolute attention to detail at both pick up and drop off – turned a normally stressful experience into a smooth and well executed move – all of the team were excellent and worked together as a happy and organised team – we want them back when we move into our new house.

8. We chose Kent Removals and Storage for the pick-up and delivery of our goods and chattels for our move from Tanunda to our new home at Lucas in Ballarat. This involved approximately six months storage in Adelaide whilst our build took place.

   Throughout the entire exercise, we were witness to so much professionalism. Every person we were in contact with gave us the sense that they ‘cared’ for us – the Adelaide staff (Amy and Scott), pick-up personnel (sorry guys we can’t recall your names), general staff (when we provided updates of our situation), Dan and Chris (the delivery guys to our new home) and finally today to the two guys who picked up empty cartons. Nothing has been too much trouble throughout.

   We have no hesitation in recommending Kent Removals and Storage to family and friends. Finally we would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to all concerned for tending to our belongings and giving us ‘peace of mind’.

9. Wonderful service from start to finish.
   Professional and helpful office staff in Townsville were a joy to deal with.
   And the delivery drivers were fast and efficient, and very friendly.
   I will always use Kent removals for my moves from now on.

10. Kent Removals recently handled our removal needs. The Kent team, comprising Brendan, Austen and Luke were amazing in their relentless energy and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were swift and surefooted with some awkward items, and gentle and accurate in everything they placed in our new home. Above all, they maintained high spirits and an obvious interest in providing for our best needs. What was, prior to the day, something to be somewhat anxious about as moving always is, turned out to be a pleasure thanks to these 3 guys and also Jeremy, who took care of all the organisational work prior to the actual day.
