6. I was extremely pleased with my relocation with Kent removals, it was a problematic move regarding access and the team made the move entirely stress free for me and my family. They were organised, courteous and nothing was too much trouble, I would not hesitate to reccommend them.

8. There was confusion for me about the collection of the empty boxes after I moved. I only discovered at the very end that Kent only pickup (for free) Kent boxes. I had purchased moving boxes from Office Works; I should have purchased Kent boxes as these could be picked up.
