2. The only problem we discovered was after the delivery to our new home. The two guys were absolutely great and considerably helpful in what was a problematic situation for us as there had been a hold up with the laying of carpet. Unfortunately one of the men had recently polished his boots and in assembling a large antique bed left black boot polish marks on the almost white carpet. We are concerned that the marks may not be removable but will be seeking advice from a professional carpet cleaner.

4. Kents flexibility in what was a very troubled indefinite move date was exceptional. Xavier was approachable, understanding and most certainly made every effort to accommodate or rather vague requirements.

8. The quote provided was based on 61 cartons. There were 39 cartons packed and relocated. At the time of quote I suggested that I may move the fridge, which I did. I had to call your office to advise them of there differentials and ask for a credit as opposed to Kents offering to pass a credit. I await confirmation of the credit value and expect it to be a prorated value for the cartons and a small value for the fridge.
