I rang the office multiple times prior to our move stating that we would not be ready to have our things unpacked until the afternoon. The office staff assured me that although this was the case the removalist would be at our property to pickup our goods just after 8am the removalist arrived and had no idea that we were not unloading until after 3pm. Disappointing that after contacting the office several times to confirm these details it was still not past onto the removalists. Johnny and Matt were both great ans handled it really well. They were both friendly and efficient and can’t thank them enough.

The guys were so friendly and helpful – we had a difficult moving schedule due to the fact that new furniture was being delivered by stores that day as well – they all worked so well together to get the job done very efficiently!
