pick up boxes was to be on Monday 23rd nobody came so I had to ring up to be told they could not make it that day – a waste of time for me waiting a home. Also we did not receive at either pick up or delivery a phone call when half hour away. This caught us out on pick up as we were advised that they would be there between 9 & 11. They were at our door at 7.15 which was OK but a phone call would have found us up and dressed.

My second move in eight weeks, from a first floor to a ground floor apartment in a retirement village, was accomplished with great ease and efficiency, thanks to the strength and resourcefulness of the three man crew, headed by Scott, with Ryan and Tom.
Those young men were very courteous and considerate, and amazingly quick in transferring my belongings. They even transferred books from shelf to shelf without disturbing the order – ditto with the clothes in my wardrobe. When they left there was very little to do apart from hanging the paintings. I am full of praise and gratitude to everyone involved, including the ever-patient and efficient Hayley Cameron in the office.
There may never be a next time for me, but I would unhesitatingly recommend Kent to my family and friends.
