1. Excellent service,. From start to finish they were terrific, we have very heavy furniture , but nothing was too much trouble, Two very efficient operators, we were moved in no time.10 out of 10 .

2. We were very satisfied with the move, especially the packing & removal personnel, who were most cooperative. Trying to contact people by phone was not a good experience – your phone system/process needs considerable improvement!

5. Extremely happy with the whole moving process. All of the Kent crew have a positive attitude, which made our relocation less stressful. We received all of our goods in one piece and in excellent condition, all of our goods are accounted for. We would recommend Kent to everyone for any removals/relocating. In fact Kent will also be moving my husbands parents in 3 days time. That’s how happy we have been with there whole service. A big Thank you to all the Kent Crew 😀

8. The entire process from our initial phone call went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, including early pickup of ctns, our request for additional ctns, and the guys on the day were fantastic. Thankyou to everyone at Kent’s.

9. The team at the head office who organised the move and quote were terrific, especially Chris Helene. The fantastic 3 young men who moved me on the day were prompt, efficient and nothing was a problem. They were courteous and lovely to deal with. I have moved a few times with Kent and will continue to do so in the future. Thankyou all.

10. I would like to firstly thank Chris for his exceptional personal attention to detail and the quick response time to our needs. His courteous manner and concern for our personal needs was greatly appreciated and outstanding.
    As for the young men that were responsible for the move being Ryan and Kirt they were well mannered, understanding and very careful both in loading and removal of our valuables. They were efficient, well mannered and polite.
    I would recommend all 3 of these staff and Kent removals at anyone.
    I sincerely hope that you will pass these comments and thanks to all of them.
    I would also like to think that the management concerned in their respective departments would show some reward to them in return for an excellent performance.
