3. We were advised that our quote as all inclusive, but then the US partner tried to charge $100 for chassis hire. Once I raised this, Kent agreed to pay the charge which was great.

4. Changing the date of delivery last-minute was no problem. The gents who delivered and unpacked our stuff were good guys, careful and helpful. Nothing was broken. The packaging removal service is a great idea and very welcome.

I was very happy and satisfied with your service – especially with Russell Fulton (Relocation Consultant), the crew who packed my belongings in Canberra, and your overseas partner Universal Express – in particular Agnieszka Winczer who cooperated with me when I arrived in Warsaw, kept me in a calm, good mood, and advised me correctly. Thanks to the two men who came to my place, unloaded and unpacked my ‘cargo’. Many, many thanks. Everything was much easier than I supposed it would be.

6. I have to emphasise the excellent service provided by both Regal Transport System in HK and Kent in Sydney. My move was literally confirmed the day before the intended packing day as the initial vendor that I was going to engage with had fallen through. Tony from Regal was responsive, professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to arrange the move for us within 24 hours, and I am really grateful for going the extra mile. Kent in Sydney handled the delivery at new residence, they were professional and again very responsive. Our mattress was missed in the first delivery, but it was tracked down immediately and delivered within the hour on the same day. I requested for floor coverings as we just cleaned the carpet and Kent organised for someone to send this out right before delivery on the same day. I would recommend both companies to anyone any day!

9. I have moved many times and I wish I’d used Kent sooner. This was the best, most smoothest operation ever. I have one more move to make and of course will be using Kent. PS. Love the music on hold.

10. Just a comment for development purposes; it would be nice if more of an inventory was done whilst packing. You do this excellently for international moves, but it would be nice for domestic as well.
