Thanks very much for the services. All well and good in the end however unfortunately one of the crew did not have the best attitude towards the end. Special thanks to Grant and Mick who performed admirably throughout the day and thanked us for providing them with pizza.
We have also discovered several items missing such as: shelf supports – easily fixed and done, damage to our A3 colour laser printer (dismissed out of hand by them), damage to an office buffet unit which looks like it was dropped on edge), and a black cover for the bottom of a steel leg to a vintage single step ladder – if this is found please send through ASAP).

Comms from head office was difficult as too many staff were on leave…slow response to phone enquires and emails.

Great service overall. My only comment is that both the fridge and the washer machine arrived with mold inside, even though I followed the recommendations to stop using these in advance and to allow them to dry out.
