3. Hi – Crew were actually great. Reason for marking down was because additional crew people turned up and didn’t seem to want to help unpack. The lead chap Edward was excellent although his offsider was reluctant for them to unpack boxes saying that it was probably more convenient for me to do myself in my own time.

6. I am very happy with the communication of the local Kent Office, they always let me know the latest update, try their best to book the early delivery. Also, the delivery crew did a great job, they are so efficient which I am really impressed. Thank you for the team and I will definitely use Kent again in the future. 🙂

I would highly recommend Kent, the guys that moved us were extremely professional, friendly and helpful e.g. I had to contact the owner to get another set of keys and they took an early lunch so I wasn’t charged for them just standing around whilst this happened – thank you Kent for making a stressful time that bit less stressful!
