1. There were some concerns with rate of packing on Friday – this was remedied on Monday – per ladies being called in to help catch up and enable the truckload to be completed so as we could get away by 3:30pm approx. This was a vast improvement on the predicted potential departure time suggested on Friday afternoon – potentially worst case of 6:00pm. Luckily Rui Gago got involved on Monday morning arranged for the ladies to come and do the catch up packing whilst the packers could load the truck and get us away much earlier than the terrifying prediction of Friday.

2. Simply superb job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The two gentleman were so personable and made everything so much easier. When we move again in about a year I would not hesitate to use Kent. Thank you again.

3. Timing issues on first day- crew were an hour late arriving and could not complete the job in one day as had been planned. We were kept waiting for two hours at new home when we had been told that crew were ready to leave Newport for Bayview. Men who performed the job were excellent – efficient and polite..

5. The removalists were on time, very amicable and understood my requirements totally. I have used Kent before and will use again if needed and certainly recommend.

7. There were just two items that ended up in the storage container but the packing boys were so speedy and efficient we probably didn’t make it clear. The boys were efficient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks.

8. I would highly recommend your company for their professional high quality care. I would definitely like to commend your Perth office, especially Mr David Black. My family and I were going through a very stressful and traumatic period which meant foe constant delays etc. David was very empathetic to our situation not to mention patient and generous. He and the Perth office treated us as more than a customer, they treated us with respect and kindness in a time in our lives when we genuinely need some help. Thankyou.

10. Our uplift was carried out on an extremely wet day. The crew did a fast and efficient job under very trying conditions.
