2. I have moved a LOT in my life and this has definitely been the least stressful moving event I have ever done (by far). Everyone we dealt with from Kent was highly professional, and I was never concerned about any of our things being damaged or mishandled.

   My only suggestion for improvement is to do with the way things are packed. It was actually Nigel’s idea (our deliverer) and I think it’s brilliant. It is a bit difficult to find things when you’re unpacking, because the labelling on the boxes is fairly brief. It would be great to have a ‘Number 1’ box which contains all the legs, castors, rods, bolts etc that have been removed from furniture before the move, so that you can easily find these things when you arrive. We are now three days in to our unpacking and we still can’t find the bits to put our sofa back together – no idea where they are!! Or the legs for the beds either. If you could also put the scissors in this Number 1 box, that would be great too 🙂

   We had a couple of things that broke so I still need to follow up about putting in an insurance claim for those, but no rush.

6. The team at Kent were first class, our possessions were shipped from the UK, and upon arrival here Lucy kept us informed through the customs process and the men who delivered it were friendly and accommodating.
   I’d have no hesitation using them again or recommending to others.
