  1. The Brisbane office was given detailed instructions regarding our driveway conditions but the Canberra team was not notified. All went well as the dirver contacted me before attemtping to back down it. There seems to be a communication breakdown within your ranks that may need some atttention. We are missing a med size glass desk top. If it was broken it would have been nice to be informed or possibly it was overlooked and is still in the container. Either way we are very happy with the overall service and the delivery teams both ends. Regards Max & Ninette

  3. all the workmen were great but just like to highlight the excellent
    way Gary undertook the lift and delivery. He felt like one of the family coordinating the way our cherished belonging were placed in the van and the care and patience helping us place the items in the new dwelling. I am hoping he and his team can complete my mother in laws move later this month.

    Kent removal was fantastic at keeping us informed of the progress of our shipment.
    Took us through all the steps of customs, and clearing as quickly as possible.
    On the day of delivery the team were very professional, and worked with us, as we adjusted to the new house and surroundings.
    I would have no hesitation in recommending this company again, and using them again when the time comes.

  10. I have moved a LOT in my life and this has definitely been the least stressful moving event I have ever done (by far). Everyone we dealt with from Kent was highly professional, and I was never concerned about any of our things being damaged or mishandled.

    My only suggestion for improvement is to do with the way things are packed. It was actually Nigel’s idea (our deliverer) and I think it’s brilliant. It is a bit difficult to find things when you’re unpacking, because the labelling on the boxes is fairly brief. It would be great to have a ‘Number 1’ box which contains all the legs, castors, rods, bolts etc that have been removed from furniture before the move, so that you can easily find these things when you arrive. We are now three days in to our unpacking and we still can’t find the bits to put our sofa back together – no idea where they are!! Or the legs for the beds either. If you could also put the scissors in this Number 1 box, that would be great too 🙂

    We had a couple of things that broke so I still need to follow up about putting in an insurance claim for those, but no rush.
