1. We were happy with everything except when I phoned to tell someone about some gouges in my dressing table which occurred during the uplift and delivery. The guys who moved the furniture admitted liability so I thought it would be a simple matter to report it. I received a very hostile reception from one of your girls and it was only due to my daughter stepping in and speaking to someone else that we have received satisfaction and are happy with the outcome. In a business like Kent’s which is customer oriented, PR is the most important thing you can have and unfortunately, that was sadly lacking in our case especially as we have now used Kent’s 5 times to move us, firstly in November 1966, then 1975, 1980 (twice) and now this time. 2. I cannot praise Kent and our removalist crew – Kane and Zach – highly enough. Efficiency and professional all the way through from first point of contact enquiring costs etc;
   Telephone call day before move day to confirm time of arrival next day.
   Kane and Zach – amazing guys. Very thorough and professional. The back “garden” where all was loaded on to the truck is actually a mud / dirt bowl – they laid cardboard down so as not to tramp mud through the house due to recent rainfall.
   Everything was carried out and loaded with care and attention to each item – unlike our last removalists who damaged several items of furniture and then blamed us!!
   On arrival at our new place there was a problem in getting the large fridge through a narrow doorway. Over half and hour and whilst still unloading – and checking with me as to where things should be going – Kane and Zach worked out how to get the fridge in.
   Fortunately we don’t get stressed when we move as we have moved several times over the years, but suffice to say that Kane and Zach definitely made it a painless day. They were polite, professional, informative – advised us of services Kent provided re collection of packing cartons / paper once all unpacked – and on top of all this they were very amusing and funny. Plus it was Kane’s birthday!
   Once again a huge thank you to Kent – especially Roz, Kane and Zach who made our moving day go with glorious ease. These three wonderful people are definitely wonderful assets to Kent. Many thanks guys (and gal)

3. I was really impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Kent right from my first contact. At one of their busier times of the year they were able to quote, schedule and complete my move in less than a week. I would happily recommend Kent to anyone looking for removal services

4. This is the second time we have used KENT and I have already recommended them to a friend thinking of moving back from Port Lincoln. I was really impressed with the friendly professional team who did our move, they couldnt do enough for us.

5. The Brisbane office was given detailed instructions regarding our driveway conditions but the Canberra team was not notified. All went well as the dirver contacted me before attemtping to back down it. There seems to be a communication breakdown within your ranks that may need some atttention. We are missing a med size glass desk top. If it was broken it would have been nice to be informed or possibly it was overlooked and is still in the container. Either way we are very happy with the overall service and the delivery teams both ends. Regards Max & Ninette

7. all the workmen were great but just like to highlight the excellent
   way Gary undertook the lift and delivery. He felt like one of the family coordinating the way our cherished belonging were placed in the van and the care and patience helping us place the items in the new dwelling. I am hoping he and his team can complete my mother in laws move later this month.
