Vehicle access at both ends were extremely difficult but the crew did a great job to overcome the difficulties. All Kent staff we had dealings with were great, especially the crew that did the removal. What a GREAT trio they were. Nothing was too much trouble, they were courteous and friendly at all time. Just want to say how impressed my wife and I have been with the service from Kent. Once we made contact with Libby, in the Brisbane office, she kept us informed of the status of our inbound container all the way up to delivery. As for the delivery, the crew that came to deliver our possessions were friendly and professional at all times. They managed to unload a full 20ft conatiner in 45 minutes which really impressed us. The service of a free collection of the packing materials is also fantastic as once we unwrapped everything we had a mountain of packaging to remove. I couldn’t fault the service we received from Kent and would recommend thoroughly. Great job done guys!
