1. I haven’t actually conacted the office and only a small thing that one pot plant is missing!! The service was really good, Chris was great from start to end and all the crew where very professional. Would definitely recommend and use you again. The only other thing is that all our worldly possessions are in storage so hopefully they have been well packed and nothing is damaged or broken. Won’t know for 6 months. Thank you.

4. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were always very professional and friendly when I spoke to them on the phone. They always returned my calls and email the same day. The removalists turned up on time and they called me 20 mins beforehand as requested. They also were very professional and I watched as they packed everything and they were very careful and professional. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kent Removals. I thought this whole process would be very stressful but it was a pleasure to deal with all the staff. They all made the situation very easy and stress free. Excellent service and thank you to everyone involved.

6. I had a few issues as the representative i was with went on holidays and i didnt know so i was trying to email him and left messages that went unanswered for 2 weeks. otherwise i thoroughly enjoyed using kent removals

7. We have used quite a number of international and domestic removalists during the 17 years living between Australia and overseas so I think I knew a bit about the quality of the removalist. Generally the international removalist are of high quality but it always has been the local removalists that let us down. That is, until we used Kent.
   Peter King the sales manager surprised us that, after a quick look of the property he provided a quote on the spot . None of the removalists did that. He estimated 74 CBM and according to the uplifter crew, he was spot on. Two 20′ container and a small truck, just as he estimated. I said to Peter that if their quality were as good as they claimed, then I don’t need to buy insurance as this is only a local move, from southside of city to the westside. I saved us $3000 and the removalist broke one small glass frame and an old clay garden pot. Needless to say I am very pleased.
   I am most impressed with the uplifters Steve Taylor and Marco. We moved internationally twice and locally five times but I have never seen such hard working and pleasant workers like these two, especially Steve. Nothing is too hard or too difficult for him. He and Marco pretty much single handed uplifted two full containers load of furniture. They started 7:30 and by 4:30 it’s all done. They were quick, efficient and extremely polite. Kent, these people are the reason that your company are so successful, please make sure you do whatever to keep them. You will always have happy clients if you have great people like Peter, Steve and Marco.

9. There was some damage to some furniture, nothing serious or worth pursuing, it was more in line with furniture being rubbed on something during transit, so my only suggestion would be to make sure items are not touching during transit.

10. Need to sort the missing TV. Feedback was good first day but since then I am not sure what is happening.
