4. Service was excellent. We used Kent 11 years ago when we moved the company to Melbourne and chose to relocate back to Brisbane with them this year.

   We packed most of the boxes supplied by Kent ourselves. The Melbourne customer service and warehouse staff and those who uplifted the goods were excellent. It was Melbourne’s hottest 2 days in months but nothing was a problem. The gang of guys who arrived to unload the trucks did a great job. We were very surprised how efficient and quick they were. Overall it was a great result for us.

5. We have moved quite a lot in the last 10 years. Kent was a refreshing change for a few reasons. First of all they did absolutely everything they said they would when they said they would do it. Secondly, we asked for wrapping and white gloves as much of our furniture is antique and a bit wobbly. It turned up covered in removal felt and all fabric furniture was bagged as well. The delivery men were cheerful, helpful (we asked them to take an existing couch down stairs) and fast. I would rate the service at all points as highly competent and it was nice not to have to stress over each point. The only reason I can’t rate the uplift from Melbourne is that we were not there but based on how things arrived, they also did a great job. Having had some awful things happen in the past, I will use Kent again and highly recommend them.

6. Overall very happy, the first truck that arrived was too small but was based on my initial estimation of load before l actually packed, they were happy to organise a bigger truck which arrived promptly. Great Service Kent.

7. I haven’t actually conacted the office and only a small thing that one pot plant is missing!! The service was really good, Chris was great from start to end and all the crew where very professional. Would definitely recommend and use you again. The only other thing is that all our worldly possessions are in storage so hopefully they have been well packed and nothing is damaged or broken. Won’t know for 6 months. Thank you.

10. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were always very professional and friendly when I spoke to them on the phone. They always returned my calls and email the same day. The removalists turned up on time and they called me 20 mins beforehand as requested. They also were very professional and I watched as they packed everything and they were very careful and professional. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kent Removals. I thought this whole process would be very stressful but it was a pleasure to deal with all the staff. They all made the situation very easy and stress free. Excellent service and thank you to everyone involved.
