Jason and Erin in the Townsville office were efficient and a pleasure to deal with, although it should be explained the hourly rate begins and ends from the time the truck departs and returns to the depot. This was an hour I paid for that I didn’t expect. Rob and his team did an outstanding job given my move was into a third floor apartment. A caring attitude to others belongings goes a long way in the removal business and Rob was a true gentleman.
