The Darwin team were fantastic and I was really impressed at how professional they were, in particular Ian and Roland (2nd team to assist with my uplift). Trent was reliable as a main contact and quickly responded to my queries. The boys worked hard, dealt with intermittent storms and finished late.
My biggest disappointment was really the loss of one carton which contained items I had just purchased for my new home. This required continual chasing up and to date (3 months on) has still not been located – it has to be somewhere!!
Overall there was some minor damage to some of my furniture items. Fortunately everything I self packed arrived in great condition.
I think Kent has some overall issues from a WHS aspect, in particular with managing worker fatigue at the risk of providing better customer service. Look after your team, they loyal and committed employees on the ground that push themselves to get the job done from what appeared to be with limited support from their on site manager.

Communication was excellent at all stages & the guys who did the job were extremely efficient, helpful & polite.
