Friendly efficient crew – a few breakages, however, when I unpacked some boxed marked ‘Fragile’…and an item stored that should have been delivered with the rest of the furniture. Since then have had trouble getting satisfaction from the storage department – promised an inventory that hasn’t been sent (over a week), and still awaiting information about retrieving the article from storage. The storage person never seems to answer the phone.
