I found the removalists and packers at both ends friendly and exceptionally good at their work. Can’t say the same for the estimator who went on holidays a,nd never let me know he wasn’t turning up on the day he should have been and then I had to ring up every time I needed information and no one ever contacted me unless I rang. Some one was put in charge after I phoned wanting to know why the estimator hadn’t turned up. Otherwise every thing was fine. Kath Lulham

I was nervous about moving from far south of Tasmania back to Melbourne. Road, sea- possibly rough, then depot, and lastly to my new residence. There were plenty of opportunities for damage to occur.
