We first used Kent for a local move in Brisbane, Australia. They were by far the most professional and thorough of those who bid for the job. We were so pleased with the service we received that when we learned we were moving overseas, I was adamant that Kent do the job. Our international move has been fraught with frustration – none of which a result of the services provided by Kent. In fact, the staff at Kent have stepped in, going over and above what they should do, in order to facilitate a smooth delivery of our household goods. In two years when we are relocated again, internationally, I will rely on Kent (or their overseas partners). Moving house is always stressful; the Kent team members that we’ve worked with provided us with a sense of security and trust that our life-belongings will be well taken care of.

Our shipment from Brisbane to Calgary was split into two shipments for some reason. The second shipment arrived in Calgary over 3 months after the first. It was also consigned to a different Canadian receiver than the first. This caused additional trips to Customs to clear, etc. The second shipment is just now scheduled to be delivered 06-Sep-14.
