3. Estimator was extremely helpful, but unfortunately miscalculated in believing that a wardrobe could be moved down a set of stairs for the uplift. This was not the case, the crew could not achieve this, despite their best efforts. The result was the item was left in my house and I had to destroy it in order to remove it – as the new owner does not want the piece. I was compensated by Kent’s for the item not being removed, but I was very upset at losing a piece of antique furniture.

6. Very disappointed to find bed was not reassembled. When I tried (at 8.00 pm), found screws missing. Call to driver was going to be answered in 10 mins – still waiting! They may be “generic”, but where do you find them at that time of night?

8. I was throughly Satisfied with the 3 guys who did the removal work. They were perfect. The furniture was heavy and not once did I hear them complain. They could not do enough. They had to make two trips with such a big load and were terrific. They were funny guys with a good sense of humour for such a hard job. Thanks Very Much.
