quite difficult to speak to people at the office.
Also major issue with boxes being delivered – understand you use a courier company but only have standard service which means priority jobs bump yours. This is really not acceptable when you give a window of am and the boxes arrive 6 pm. Removing the charge for boxes was a gesture but didn’t cover missed work hours or the inconvenience.

on the invoice it states a surcharge for credit cards of 2 percent and no mention of any surcharge using eftpos for savings account but surcharge taken. Very happy with everything else very professional crew
