The team who did the uplift and delivery were excellent. They were fast and efficient but at the same time they were extremely careful with my furniture. What a fantastic experience we had for such a huge change in our lives. The packing crew were so helpful, Henry in particular did a fantastic job. Carol kept us informed every step of the way and Sandra from Arpin in Singapore did the same. The container arrived when they said it would and the unpack crew worked like trojans and had it all done in the early afternoon. I would highly rrecommend Kent and their partner Arpin to anyone needing relocation

pick up boxes was to be on Monday 23rd nobody came so I had to ring up to be told they could not make it that day – a waste of time for me waiting a home. Also we did not receive at either pick up or delivery a phone call when half hour away. This caught us out on pick up as we were advised that they would be there between 9 & 11. They were at our door at 7.15 which was OK but a phone call would have found us up and dressed.
