1. My move was a local one so the same crew loaded and unloaded. They worked very well as a team, were efficient, polite and were focused on the job at hand. The fact that I could use their second hand boxes was a big help to me as I had no idea how many I would need. This is a great service for a local move.

7. Having used another service moving to Australia I was familiar with the process to move with a shipping/packing service. When I first sent our queries for our move David Black was the first to call and consult with me for our move. He is also the only one that set expectations as well as delivered on quotes and information requested when he said he would. The price was competitive and he was great at explaining all of it.

   The packers were excellent; personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable of the job at hand. The crew that did the uplift was on time and work quickly to manage the workload as well as being friendly and consultative on what would fit into the container.

   Any future move we would only go to Kent to assist with our personal belongings. Thanks again!
