The crews on both days were fantastic and very accommodating. The first crew did packing and taking extra furniture to storage – they were extremely professional and were considerate and not one item was broken. The moving crew were brilliant! It was a long day and the uplift went smoothly – and it wasn’t easy! They also had to ferry from the truck to the apartment! On arrival. It was an evening finish and all 3 gentleman were fantastic at unloading, placing and putting furniture and beds back together. They were very professional,nothing was too much trouble- they were upbeat and positive to the end! We could not have had a better experience . Thanks Guys and Kent.

Excellent stress free service. Moved our house contents with the minimum of fuss – very polite young men who were happy to help out with a few extra bits and pieces (installing dryer etc).

I commend the uplift team. They were friendly, accomodating & thoughtful, certainly worked hard and I was very comfortable having them in my home.
It was unfortunate that the fridge did receive a dent on removal.
They were delays in the delivery time and a little more communication would have been helpful.

The team were awesome, it was not an easy move between 2 buildings with lift access and requiring a ferry vehicle both ends. They super professional throughout – inspite of setbacks with access due to garbage service tiring up access and then a false fire alarm that closed off access with fire doors tripping to the car park. Couldn’t speak highly enough. Tough work done with good humor and lots of hard work. They showed great care and everything arrived safely. Thanks heaps Kent – we were recommended by a friend and will definitely recommend and will use any time we move again – hopefully not too soon!

I have used KEnt on a few occasions as have my family and a few friends. What can I say…..I would recommend them above all. They are careful with their packing, work continually and in the heat where I am they did not stop when it was time to unload, except for a drink of water. They had the job done in no time. And the admin. staff are courteous and efficient. Congratulations on having such an excellent team, you are very lucky.
