The Kent staff were friendly and caring. The packer was quick but very careful and had a great personality. The uplift and delivery were performed on the same day and the friendly crew were faultless, They took great care with the furniture and the packed boxes. I can’t recommend Kent more highly.

Professional and easy to deal with. The uploading team were friendly and enthusiastic, managing to joke with us even as they loaded the truck. There was an issue regarding my car, that hadn’t been correctly booked despite all the paperwork being in place, and the staff I spoke to were very understanding and worked hard to find a solution. Overall, the situation was well handled and I am happy with the level of care provided for my items during a fairly substantial interstate move.
