1. The most important factor for me was to use great care with our valuable wooden furniture (to avoid scratches) and also to avoid scratching the walls of both uplift and delivery houses. Nothing was lost or damaged in the move and it was all done efficiently, with the furniture placed in the correct rooms at the delivery house. Thank you!

2. The Kent team were so experienced, helpful and friendly, at every stage I felt calm and reassured: I knew that everything would go well – and it did. They were efficient and reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Moving abroad has its stresses, but with Kent the relocation of your ‘stuff’ can certainly be knocked off the list of worries. Can’t thank you enough. (They’re even coming back to collect the excess boxes/packing paper – once everything has been unpacked – fabulous service!)

7. From the estimation process to that of removal, the Kent team were polite and friendly and they knew their job. Our move was completed with a high level of professionalism. 9. We used Kent when moving from Finland to Australia and again when moving from Australia to the UK. In both cases the whole process was handled extremely professionally. The one thing I want to commend Kent about was having our insurance claim for a few broken items during our move from Sydney to London be actually handled by Kent. Typically in these cases you’re being bounced around with some third party companies who don’t play any part in the actual move. This case was really a one-stop-shop with a quick turnaround.
