Overall we have been more than happy with the service provided by Kent , however we do have one very serious complaint and that is the loss of a pendulum from an antique grandfather clock (over 200 years old). At this stage the clock is not seviceable and loses some of its appeal as an antique.
We are still awaiting a resolve on this very important matter.
This is the reaon we have rated Packing Services at 9 and not 10. We believe the pendulum should have been highlighted during the packing to avoid what appears to be a mistaken dumping by the unpacking crew.
