After the delivery of my goods I then made contact with your Brisbane office regarding the pick up empty boxes and some Kent blankets.nThe girl (Gemma??) who answered the phone was rude, did not listen and advised that she would have operations contact me. It is now a week later and I have not been contacted.nAside from this matter my experience with Kent has been great.

No issues at all. The guys who looked after me from Kent were a 1st Class outfit at both ends. I mistakenly had them pack the cleaners gerni and hose and had to attend the yard to see if there was someone there that could get the hose etc from. I was met by the young office lady at the Yarrawonga depot and she went out of her way to assist me get the items.The yard manager returned and went well out of his way to get the items. I can’t thank them enough. Thanks Kent!
