4. I have already sent a review to the Adelaide office about the uplift and how pleased I was with the professionalism of Shane and Mark and have requested them for my next uplift. The Crew of Luke, Elijah and Chris who unloaded the container were true professionals – helpful, skilled, humourous and no request was too much trouble!! They completed the unloading in what I felt, was record time, considering the contents of the shipment and I am delighted to say that all items arrived in one piece!! Kent Worldwide was my first choice of Relocators as 13 years ago the company handled my household from Holland to rural South Australia as well as another container from Victoria. I have already recommended Kent Worldwide to a number of people including Real Estate Agents. Could not be happier and will definitely be using them later in the year for the remainder of the relocation! Great work should be acknowledged and rewarded!!

5. Last time we used Kent services the agent was more knowledgeable and communication was clear and straight forward, no surprises. This time we had a different agent and needed many emails in order to get the correct messages/info. We had a surprise as we had to pay more than expected, fortunately, we could lower the amount of it, thanks to the agent too, but we had the feeling we had to kind of help her finding the arguments to negotiate with the Italian supplier which was asking more money. Anyway, we got our belongings as planned and we are happy. We understand there can be issues sometimes and that some agents might be more experienced than others. At the end of the day, she did a good job.

8. I am very impressed with the quality of your service from go to finish. The guys who delivered at Airlie Beach were fantastic, Cory 1, Stuey and Cory 2. Their attention to my satisfaction was very comforting. I’d rate them higher than 10 out of 10 if I could. We had two pick ups and deliveries. The first pick up in Abbotsford went to Dulwich Hill. Everything went well and the two removalists were very good, very helpful. The second pick up from Abbotsford went to Airlie Beach. Again you had a very polite, respectful team in whom I had full confidence.nThe only disappointing thing about our uplift was that we had noted a separate pick up from Angel storage about 1/2 Km from my home but this was not communicated to the uplifters so another pick up was set for 2 days out. This was achieved efficiently by the two highly capable employees of Kent. This will be shipped to Airlie separately at an agreed future date which will require me to pay to fly up here for an otherwise unscheduled visit.nnBottom line is I will highly recommend Kent Removals.

10. I cannot over estimate the excellent performance and presentation of all members of the different crews. From the time they introduced themselves to us, to the time they left, they worked together very efficiently and positively as a team. On the first morning Joe quickly had things sorted out when it became clear that the timing of packing, loading and delivery they had been advised was not as we had arranged. It appears that they have been well trained and are excellent ambassadors for your company.
