Clean every surface thoroughly and allow it to dry completely. Any residual moisture, cleaning product or food residue on the surface gives mould a starting point.
Disassemble where possible. Removing table legs, bed frames and shelving reduces the number of joints exposed to humidity and makes wrapping more effective.Â
