1. Kent helped us ship our house contents from Sydney to London, a huge job but one that was expertly handled by their ‘A’ team. The chaps quickly and carefully wrapped everything, packed it neatly in the container (experts at Tetris!). We had fun doing it and they made the process much easier and efficient than we expected – excellent service and highly recommended

5. The people doing the uplift didn’t bring anywhere near enough labels, so almost half our boxes had no label. As it turned out everything arrived fine but if there had been a problem or something had gone missing the lack of labels would have made it messier to sort out.

6. Yes the team Kent sent were terrific, knew what they were doing and were polite and easy to deal with. Our move did require a hoist and that part of the service was again well organised.

7. Every step of the process was professional and seamless. We knew exactly what was happening with constant communication from the staff at Kent’s. The guys who packed and unpacked took great care with our furniture. We were very impressed! Highly recommended.
