I was particularly impressed with Kent for following up on a query and resolving it. A small part of furniture was lost in the move. Adam at the Kent Adelaide warehouse was able to track it down and personally deliver it to my home! Very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Sharon at the national admin centre was attentive and responded quickly to all my queries and did everything she could to help in getting us a quote and answering all our questions.
