Still awaiting on 4 boxes that have not arrived.
When I received my boxes I checked them off and inspected those that appeared not to be ours. Three boxes I gave back to the guys as they were not ours, even the delivery address was not ours.

we are waiting on delivery of one cabinet which was overlooked at unloading and I have two pieces of furniture with minor damage yet to be resolved. A large mirror (dark stained timber frame) with 3 areas of damage & an Ikea large lamp squished and marked.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT THE LARGE BLUE PICTURE i VALUED AT ONLY $500.00 WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED ALONG WITH 8 Noritake Cups …
To replace these items would cost in excess of $1000.00
Please advise whether we can claim.
