I chose Kent based on their professional customers service during the estimation process and their competitive pricing. 5. I would never hesitate to recommend Kent Removalists! It was potentially a very tense time moving from Tassie to Melbourne – from a small rural property to a Melbourne suburban block. We had a very tight schedule but the Kent folk worked with us all the way. The packing team even packed on the final day with snow and sleet coming down! Most of the roads from Hobart were blocked by snow and the management of Kent’s kept us informed as they listened to the police reports and had their packing team waiting ready to move as soon as the highway was cleared. They came as soon as this was done and had brought an extra truck as the final container would not have made it up and down our drive with snow and sleet falling! They did our final pack by filling the smaller truck and then driving up the driveway to unload from a walkway they made into the container. The men who came were professional, hard working, took the horrible conditions in their stride with smiles and good humour and made us feel that everything was okay!
   And to top it off, it was pouring with rain when the Kent people unpacked our three containers in Melbourne!! Again, the team were wonderful to work with and, although we were tired and rather overwhelmed with masses of boxes around us, they worked hard and professionally to put things exactly where we requested and to make things as smooth as possible.
   We saw Kent Removalists work in horrible conditions and they were fantastic! The Company checked each day to see that all was going well and that we were happy with the Teams and how they were working for us. They came exactly when they said and did what they were contracted to do, with no skimping. And, to top it off, not a thing was broken or chipped etc – great packing: better than anything I could have done!
   I have already recommended Kent Removalists to others!

6. very helpful and friendly easy to work with and only reason for not rating delivery is contents in storage with Kent as well so far great response from Amanda & Shane as were very helpful as it was all done at short notice
