I was extremely impressed with the assistance the staff were able to give me, as Kent arranged my items to be removed from my house and delivered to a storage facility in Sydney, while I was interstate in Coober Pedy. They were there at the allocated time and executed the removal professionally without any problems. The office staff were very helpful, making the whole job simple. Thank you Chris for your help.

7. I have needed to move twice in a very short period of time and anyone knows how stressful it can be. I have nothing but praise for the removalists they went above and beyond with their service and attitude. They were on time and got on with the job. No messing about! The office staff were prompt and returned calls and emails when promised. I recommended kent after the first move and now this 2nd move.

8. We would like to especially thank Lionel Lovett and Hayden Lindholm for their exceptional work in getting all our furniture uploaded and delivered without any problems. On a hot and humid afternoon they worked tirelessly and efficiently, were friendly, courteous and had a good attitude and great work ethic (hard to find these days) and kept assuring us everything would be ok. The only issue would be for the Kent office to schedule in the removals a lot better instead of giving an approximate 2 hours ETA. We had to wait around all morning and then another 3 hours before Lionel and Hayden arrived. It became an anxious wait. The guys were very apologetic and explained what had occurred – this should have been communicated from the Kent office. We would also like to thank Philipa Oliver for assisting us when we had to change our “moving” day. Apart from this we were very happy and would definitely use and recommend Kent Removals. Again our thanks to the Lionel & Hayden.

9. The men who did the move for us were very polite and respectful – I can highly recommend them. Was I bot disappointed in how much we had to pay considering we did most of the move ourself ie revised quote was minimal discount – the original list was almost half the contents quoted on and only given $200 discount. So I did feel the move was expensive for the size of the move. That said your company provided and good service and was very professional all round!
