1. Kent did my move from Melbourne to NSW and I had my belongings in long term storage. From beginning to finally taking possession of my goods, the team at Kent were just amazing. From the Melbourne packing crew to the team who delivered my goods, they were so efficient and all so very friendly, they genuinely bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and were so much fun. I certainly made the right choice by using Kent and would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the move.
   From Melbourne into storage for 9 months and finally delivery to NSW only one plate was cracked. Very impressed and very happy customer. Thanks to all at Kent.

2. We used Kent’s for a fourth time and their service is second to none. Their removal staff (Mick Fox and Joey T) were exceptional and very skilled in the art of packing. They took great care in wrapping our belongings and securely storing and packing our goods to ensure that they were safe. Thank you again for your service and we will look forward to receiving our belongings in a few weeks when they come out of storage. We’ll done Kent’s.

3. We used Kent’s for a fourth time and their service is second to none. The attention provided by their removalist staff (Mick Fox and Joey T) was excellent. They ensured that all our belongings were carefully wrapped and packed securely. We would highly recommend Kent’s to anyone who needs their service. As our belongings are being stored by Kent’s, we look forward to receiving these in a few weeks at our new property. Many thanks again fir your service.

5. From start to finish, we were very pleased with this service! Mariana cans to our house to quote the job and was friendly, efficient and professional. The three men who moved our furniture were also friendly and efficient. They did an amazing job in a very reasonable amount of time. It’s worth it for a stress free move! We would definitely recommend and use Kent again, thank you!

6. Wow is an understatement… brilliant, efficient service from Steve and Aiden today. Arrived when they said they would, couldn’t thank us enough for coffee break and a pie. Very very polite, funny and top service from these two happy go lucky guys. Could highly recommend… thankyou very much Kent.

7. The team led by Anton then Aaron of 5 men were punctual, so professional and courteous, helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so grateful for the team of Kent removalists who had to move a very full 3 bed apartment contents down three flights of stairs , then a walk to the truck, to a 2bed unit where there was a small lift in place.
   They just worked so hard the entire day still with a sense of humour at the end of the day. Thank you so very much to this wonderful team.

   Mention to the packers Marie (Apologies I have a feeling I may have spelt your name wrong )& Peter! Apart from being super efficient and quick they were such genuinely nice people that truly complement & complete the Kent experience.

9. The quote and booking system was easy. Great option to complete inventory online in advance. Removalists turned up right on time and were very efficient. Only suggestion for improvement is bringing a truck with a lift. Felt sorry for the guys having to lift a fridge and other heavy items over a metre off the ground to get them onto the truck, could lead to an injury or damaged goods in the future.

    Michael and his assistant Cal moved us from Maribyrnong to Ascot Vale – similar location but our new location is a townhouse with 3 flights of stairs. They ensured that all our furniture was well covered in plastic bags which given the weather was an necessity. Overall it was a well managed move.
