The consultant Xavier was wonderful, the team who dropped off the gear earlier were well mannered and professional. The moving team went OTT to reassure us working with us on the day. Organised well mannered and professional. A brilliant performance! As seniors we were worried, stressed and really tired. They could see this and made genuine efforts to keep us involved and our goods safe.
