1. I made an error about uplift time and the gentleman at operations rearranged other movers to accommodate me. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. Also Tony and Patrick were tireless and very pleasant to work with even though the time shuffle made their day a very long one. Thank you all for making it an easy move.

3. We had a most wonderful crew on the day of our moving and the boys where the most polite, patient and courteous that we have ever met. They were hard working but in the process they made sure that we are happy with their handling things for us and there was not one thing damaged or broken on the arrival. We thank you for sending us those three boys, they are a great team and work exceptionally well together. Please thank them once again on our behalf for their camaraderie and customer relationship. We are already telling our friends about your great service.

6. The communication with the office at the start was a bit confused and slow, but the team on the day were absolutely brilliant and great to work with.

7. The whole team at Kent from the initial estimating, to the packing of the fragile items and then the work on moving day was fantastic. The team was very easy to deal with and made a stressful time relatively easy. Great care was taken with all goods and the moving team made sure that we were happy with where everything was placed before leaving. Thanks guys.

8. ONLY hiccup was truck leaking oil at uplift and delivery points, but crew very proactive in cleaning up. Highest praise for Lee and Dave for excellent job under ‘heavy’ conditions, without complaint, went above and beyond. Hope they are available for our next move in 12 months.

9. The team from Kent – Steve, Jarred and Daniel were extremely efficient and courteous and caring with my precious furniture and the contents of my life which had been in storage for three years. There were no hidden extras – everything was upfront and transparent. I will be recommending Kent in the future.

10. Expectations well met. The packers we had were exceptional. Only negative is that the additional costs in NZ I think could have been more accurately estimated in advance.
